OVERNIGHT EXPRESS SERVICE An overnight express service, between or within major centres, for delivery the following working day by 11h00. REMOTE/OUTLYING AREAS To destinations other than major centres. Delivery is achieved within 1 to 3 working days, depending on final destination. Certain areas are serviced on an ad hoc basis. Confirmation of delivery times are to be confirmed upon booking of collection. DOMESTIC AIR FREIGHT A cost effective service for the larger / heavier, not so urgent consignments. Delivery is achieved within 24 to 48 hours, depending on final destination. DOMESTIC ECONOMY ROAD FREIGHT A more cost effective service, for the larger / heavier, less time sensitive consignments. Delivery is achieved within 48 to 72 hours, depending on final destination. EMBASSY / CONSULATE SERVICE This service provides a delivery and collection to and from Embassy / Consulates. AFTER HOURS SERVICES Delivery or collection after normal business hours, on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Prior arrangements must be made and confirmed. INTERNATIONALS EXPRESS DOCUMENTS A reliable door to door express courier service for time sensitive documents which do not require commercial invoices for value declaration. No single piece can weigh more than 30.0 kgs. EXPRESS NON DOCUMENTS A reliable door to door express courier service for time sensitive non document consignments. These shipments will require certain customs documentation based on their value, commodity and destination. Please see under “ General information” for required paperwork.
